At Allurvé, we aim to ensure that every order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing).
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
• All orders include tracking information once shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
Delays
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume. Allurvé is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info.allurve@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
